We will follow the Bridgewater Way and cycle paths through Trafford Park to Media City where we will stop for cake and a natter before returning the same way.

A flat easy route suitable for new riders and anyone just wanting a ride

It's all on cycle paths along the Bridgewater Way and through Trafford Park.

We will stop for coffee and cake at Media city

Helmets are advisable. A bottle of water for the journey along with money for the cafe are needed. A spare inner tube is handy to have in case of a puncture.

New people are always welcome and we never leave anyone behind
