Starting from - Final Whisle Cafe (Uclan Sports Arena) - PLEASE NOTE THE CAR PARK AND TOILETS ARE CURRENTLY CLOSED AT THE MOMENT - YOU WILL NEED TO ACCESS THE START POINT BY BIKE OR ON FOOT. There is parking at Cottam Community Centre. Haydocks Lane PR4 0NY, which is close to the school, about 1 mile from Sports Arena. PR2 1SG,, PR2 1SG

Starting from the Final Whistle Cafe. The route follows a short section of the Guild Wheel, then there is a mixture of road, country lanes and a short section of cycle path.
We will stop for a break at Elswick.
Please bring a drink, snack.
Dress for the weather.
Bring a spare tube and tools to fix a puncture.
