Starting point

Gwynedd
LL57 3NE

We will cycle along Lon Las Ogwen from Bethesda to Glasinfryn, via the Twnel Tywyll and the Dragon Bridge. We will turn around under the A55 flyover and retrace our steps. We had planned to but stop at Café Blas at Moel y Ci on our way back to Bethesda, but unfortunately it's closed. If people want to, we can go for a hot drink (and cake!) at a cafe in Bethesda after the ride.

An easy paced and relaxed ride along Lon Las Ogwen, from Bethesda Doctor Surgery to Glasinfryn and back. Open to all women and children (please remember to book children onto the ride so they have a place).

This route is along Lon Las Ogwen cycle path so traffic free except for about 200 yards on a small, quiet road in Tregarth.

We will stop at the Cafe at Moel y Ci on the way back for a cup of something warm and some cake.

Bring some money for the cafe. Please wear warm clothes (layers) and gloves are essential. Children need to wear helmets, optional for women (16+). Bring a spare inner tube if you have.

First-timers welcome!
