Breeze Network Burnley and Pendle are providing free guided rides through January and February 2019.
ALL participants taking part in four rides during January and February will receive a British Cycling - HSBC Breeze. gift and pin badge.
All the rides will start from Cafe Cargo in Foulridge and mainly use the canal tow path and local lanes. Depending on weather etc, the rides will be 8 miles to 20 miles long. Updates on the weather and that weeks rote will be updated on our facebook group page.

The routes will be suitable for ALL bike types. There are plenty of cafe's on route and we'll always take a break for a coffee and slice of cake.
As for all our rides, following the guide lines below will ensure you are suitably prepared for the ride;
The advertised ride time is the time we will leave / set off. Please arrive at least 15 mins prior so we can carry out bike checks etc.
Please ensure you have checked your bike the day before the ride and you also have basic bike tools (multi tool and levers) a pump or CO2 and a spare inner tube.
Cycle helmets are not compulsory but it’s always best to use one and the use of any type of ear phones is not acceptable
Please note the weather prior to and on the day of ride and dress accordingly. If lights are required please ensure they are fully charged etc.
Please ensure you have a fully charged mobile phone and some money for the café stop or emergencies.
As with any form of exercise, you’ll need to keep hydrated and fed so please ensure you have suitable refreshments that can be carried safely in a bag or on your bike.
