Breeze into Spring

The route will change weekly please refer to our Facebook page on where the ride will be going this week. Rides vary in distance but will be somewhere around the 20 - 30 mile mark.

Breeze into Spring is a regular ride series aimed at ladies who already cycle, but are looking to push themselves that bit further, either in terms of distance, speed or terrain. Every week is a different route and will focus on building your endurance, strength and confidence on longer rides. We always stop at a café for coffee and cake, usually somewhere half way along the route. The rides can sometimes be challenging in terms of the miles covered and the undulations, but we always stick together and no-one gets left behind. These rides WILL MAKE YOU a much stronger rider. Ideal if you are training for your first century or sportives / events.

A mixture of roads - from busier roads as we leave Daventry to beautiful country lanes and minor roads. Where there is the option I will always choose quieter roads, however due to the location of Daventry there are small sections of busier roads we may have to use.

There is always a coffee stop included on a ride and we will often stop after a climb to regroup and have a quick drink.

Helmets are mandatory on my rides. Always bring a spare inner tube, tyre leavers, and a pump. Money for a coffee stop. Any medication that you may require.

We never leave anyone behind
