From Adderstone the ride is 8 mile long.The ride is suitable for beginners who want to gain confidence riding off road, in a relaxed environment.The trail is traffic free, easy to ride and relatively flat.Suitable for off road and gravel bilkes. We stop regularly to chat and take photos and enjoy the scenery. Helmets must be worn,no loose clothing gloves and eye glasses are highly recommended.
Forrest tracks.
Pump, inner tube suitable for your bike, money for refreshments, suitable. clothing for the weather.
