Come and burn off the mince pies with this ride to one of West London's gems, the beautiful Osterley House and Park. We ride through South Harrow, Northolt and Southall to Osterley and then back along the Brent River to Hanwell under the Brunel-designed viaduct. We return through Greenford along the Brent valley. You can use a reusable cup in the Osterley cafe.

Don't forget to have lights on your bike just in case of delay.

To anticipate any extra restrictions which may be announced, the number of riders has been limited to 5. If there is no restriction on numbers I will increase the capacity to 8, so do join the waiting list if the ride fills up.

Please bring a mask, gloves and a card for the cafe as well as a bike lock and water. The ride is longish and if you feel tired you can take the Piccadilly Line back from Osterley.

Riding to National Trust property Osterley via Northolt; back along the Brent River valley

Little is traffic-free but the majority is on quiet roads

We'll stop for refreshments at the Stables Cafe in Osterley Park

Bring card for the cafe, Oyster card in case you want to return by train; water, a bike lock, a mask and warm gloves and socks

First-timers welcome!
