Ride Social from Cwmbran Stadium / Wickes Newport to Seawall cafe

This is a Ride Social so all are welcome. A lovely ride following the cycle routes from Cwmbran Stadium to Seawall cafe.We will ride through the RSPB wetlands , along the coast then through the lanes to the cafe and back through the lanes. Some of the route will be on roads so be aware but they are quiet and cycle friendly.
The ride is steady and will suit all levels of rider. The route back up to Cwmbran does include a few slopes as we pass the canal locks but you can do it!
Meet at the stadium car park on the gravel section to the left of the entrance. Please remember to check your bike tyres before you ride and we will do a quick bike check before we set off. Don't forget your helmets and a few pennies for the pit stop.
