We will leave the Wellington Sports Club and use quite roads & cycle paths for a few miles to reach the outskirts of Bracknell. Our route is then mainly off-road and uses numerous cycle paths passing Easthampstead Park, Jennett's Park, skirting south of the Lexicon and around the east of Bracknell before reaching South Hill Park, where we will stop for refreshments.

Our route is mainly on tarmac roads and cycle paths. There are width restrictions in places due to bollards & gates on some of the cycle paths.

On our return, if time & weather is favourable, we can also do a loop of the tracks in the new 'Buckler's Forest' in Crowthorne, which will add an additional couple of miles (but this won't be suitable for skinny road tyres.)

Cycle helmets are advised. Please take the time to check your bike before departing, in particular sufficient air in tyres, brakes both working and chain lubed. Also, please bring a drink, a bike lock (but hopefully it will be mild enough for us to sit outside), some money for the café stop, a waterproof and a spare inner tube & compatible pump for your bike.
