Breeze Bromley Beginners to Beckenham - 10 mile bike ride

We'll be taking a circular route from Norman Park to Cator Park in Beckenham, via Shortlands. Inevitably there are a couple of uphill bits but no-one gets left behind.

This is a ride to help you get back on the bike with confidence. You'll have the opportunity to practice left and right turns, as well as negotiate junctions, roundabouts and some traffic, led by an experienced cyclist.

As much as possible we'll be on the quieter roads however there are a couple of busy junctions to negotiate.

Helmets advisable. Please ensure you are dressed appropriately for the weather conditions and that your bike is in good working order with the tyres pumped up as well as a spare inner tube to fit your bike.
