Please take a minute to look at British Cycling’s guidance regarding cycling activity during Covid-19 before booking on this ride This ride is a friendly group on a Challenging 19 mile ride exploring the countryside around the N Tamar Valley. The ride will be undulating with a few hills. We will circle around the N Tamar valley in an anticlockwise direction visiting N Tamerton and Bridgerule before climbing back up through Week St Mary to return to our start point

We will mostly be riding on narrow Cornish country lanes which are quiet but have potholes. There will be views and spring hedgerows. As the roads are narrow we stop if we need to let farm vehicles past. We ask that you to ride in single file and maintain 1.5 bike lengths from the person in front of you at all times, including at junctions.

There is no planned toilet stop on this route although the toilets in Week St Mary may be open.

We require you to wear a helmet if you are riding with us. Please make sure that you bike is mechanically sound and that you carry at least one spare inner tube for your bike as well as means to inflate it. Please also bring a bottle of drink to take on your ride and any energy bars or sweets that you might need. To comply with COVID-19 Restrictions please bring a mask, gloves and hand sanitiser with you and sanitise your hands before and after your ride. We are starting and returning to a Farmshop / Caravan park so bring your bankcard if you want to buy a post ride drink

We never leave anyone behind
