Starting from - Starting from Burton Upon Stather playing fields car parking . This is a blue ride our average speed at 13/14mph or less.
Please be at the start by 09:15 at the latest so that you are ready for the M check and ride briefing.
Please make sure that your tyres are pumped up and that you bike is in good working order . Please bring with you a bicycle pump that works on your bike , a spare inner tube and a puncture repair kit . It is strongly recommended that you wear a helmet . Don’t forget to bring money if you want to purchase any drinks or CAKE
Please advise the leader if you have any medical issues that might impact your performance on the ride . All riders must carry either a face mask or face covering for use in case of emergency , this ride will be conducted under the current guidelines for Covid 19, DN15 9ER

A route to Uncle Henry’s . Here is the route. We leave Burton Upon Stather car park. We then head towards Gunness and take the road along the Trent towards West Butterwick . Heading then to Messingham, Scotter, Scotton . Northorpe. We then turn into Grayingham and arrive at Uncle Henry’s Cafe . On leaving we go through Kirton Lindsay, Manton, Scawby, Broughton and then head along Ermine Street to Appleby. Here we turn left and take the steady climb up to Risby . At the top of the road we turn left on to the main road for a short down hill to Scunthorpe , we then head back to the start at Burton Upon Stather along Normanby road.
