Birkby to Mirfield for a Brew

Hello,
I'm Kate and I'd love it if you could join me on a pootle on the Birkby Bradley Greenway to Mirfield to enjoy a cuppa and a slice of cake. We'll set off from the beginning of the greenway in Birkby and stay on this traffic-free cycle way to Leeds Road at Bradley. There we will cross over and join the traffic-free path again through the industrial estate, over the viaduct and off to Mirfield.
Once we get to Mirfield we'll park up and pop into a nearby cafe for a relaxing coffee and a chat. And a slice of cake of course!
The route itself is mainly on traffic-free cycle paths and is mostly flat, with just a couple of small hills, which we can push our bikes up very easily. We won't be attempting any speed records on this ride - everything will be nicely paced and there's just a little bit on the road going into Mirfield, but these are side roads and we'll only be on them for a matter of minutes. I hope you'll be able to join me as this ride is perfect for anyone who just wants to get out and about on their bike without having to do too much road riding. 
Please bring a few layers to warm you up, some gloves and waterproofs, just in case. Please also bring some water with you as the ride will be around an hour each way. I will bring a couple of bike locks but if you have your own, then the more the merrier.

Hybrids and road bikes are suitable.
