This ride organised by Share Calthorpe CCC is a festival celebrating women’s cycling. It’s called ‘birds of a feather’ simply because we are all, not only passionate about cycling but also, the complete route forms an outline of a bird in Strava!
This route celebrates the green and beautiful parks within B13. We’ll be cycling on roads and through Highbury Park, KingsHeath Park, Trittiford Mill Pool and along the Dingles.
There’ll be plenty of places to catch a breather but we’ll be having a picnic in Swanshurst Park.
Please bring a road worthy bike, helmet and inner tube. Something to eat and drink as we’ll be having a picnic -social distancing of course! Highly recommended to bring anti-bacterial wipes and a face mask.
