Route passes through Whalley, Great Mitton then north of Waddington Fell through Chipping. Then up Bleasdale Lane turning right into Delph Lane and climbing up to Oakenclough for views of Morecambe Bay. A descent follows through Galgate to Glasson Dock.
Following lunch at the Lantern O’Er Lune cafe we return via Cockerham and Garstang, crossing the M6 (not literally!) to Inglewhite, Longridge and Ribchester to Billington.
The attached profile and route is only for the outgoing leg. The return leg is fairly flat.

Total distance is 58 miles (29 each way)
NO ONE will be left behind.
