Route is via Great Mitton, Bashall Town, Waddington, W.Bradford, Grindleton , Sawley to Bolton by Bowland thence to Gisburn.
Lunch at the Delicious cafe in Gisburn. Return via a shorter route through Rimington, Downham, Worston, Barrow and Whalley.
The attached profile and route is only for the outgoing leg.
Return route is fairly flat with an overall descent
Total distance is 34 miles.

Pleasant, not overly hilly ride to Gisburn and back.

Mostly quiet back roads. Short section of main road out of Gisburn on return.

Lunch stop at the Delicious Cafe in Gisburn

Helmets are always advisable but not compulsory. Emergency lights a good idea. Money for lunch.
