Starting from - Meet outside the sports ground at the north end of Long Bennington village. Parking is available on the road and the parish council have been informed. Please arrive as soon after 10:30 as possible to allow for bike check and briefing. NG23 5JR

Our Friday group has been having it too easy. Today we will ease up the mileage to 30. But don't be concerned, as the climbing is limited to an easy 752 feet - you will be so busy chatting that you'll hardly notice it. We will ride on relatively low traffic country roads, but will have to cross the A52, twice, although we will not be riding on it. Our coffee stop will be at The Coffee Shot, in Stathern, so bring some money if you wish to refuel for the cruise back to LB.
