Beginners Cycle

A leisurely easy cycle ride around Basingstoke.
Starting off from the Peace Gardens through the War Memorial Park, down Eastrop Lane, out to the Leisure Park before heading back into the War Memorial Park.
Use any bike type so long as it's in working order - make sure your tyres are well inflated

Please wear a helmet. • Bring a spare inner tube, tyre levers and pump (plus puncture repair kit if you have one). • Also, bring water, a lock and money • Please wear clothing appropriate for the weather (that won’t get caught in your chain etc) layers are good for the colder weather.

A leisurely easy cycle ride around Basingstoke for all ages

Will be doing a bit of road work and a bit of traffic free cycle paths. The paths are covered in leaves and quite slippery at the moment- use any bike type so long as it's in working order - make sure your tyres are well inflated

We will stop at either Costa or Waitrose for a quick coffee, cake and a chat
