The cycle pod is located past the Astley and Tyldesley Miners Welfare Institute building by Astley and Tyldesley Cycling Club Track M29 7DW, M29 7DW

Come and join us as we set off on an adventure to explore the local area, parks and woodlands using cycle paths, tracks and traffic free routes.
Our rides have regular short breaks for riders to take on refreshments as well as opportunities to stop and take photographs and have a rest.
Bikes and helmets are available to borrow free of charge. If you require a bike message through the Let's Ride dashboard or email [email protected]. Riders providing their own bikes must ensure they are in full working order and spare inner tubes etc must be provided. All riders must wear a helmet on Be Well rides.
