Bank Holiday ride of 4-5 hours celebrating the 200th anniversary of the birth of Joseph Bazalgette, the great Victorian civil engineer. Organised by the same people as the regular Southwark Healthy Rides. Easy paced all day ride with a lunch stop (Fulham Palace, bring your own food or buy some there). Will concentrate on the embankments and the upstream bridges (including Putney, Battersea, and Hammersmith, latter now upgraded to car-free!).
