Hello ladies & welcome to your Breeze Ride, led by women for women. My name is Claire and I am a level 1 trained Breeze Champion leader. I am a keen cyclist and have been for many years and I have a passion for building your confidence on your bike. I have been trained by British Cycling and I am a volunteer, I give my FREE time to help woman gain confidence on a bike
First you must be able to ride a bike, my beginners groups are for ladies who are total beginners but CAN ride a bike. I’m hear to help and guide you and to build your confidence on your bike.
Our first few sessions will be at the beach so they will be traffic free and flat, as we build our confidence I will increase your miles first and then take you out on the road when you feel ready. We ride as a group and no one will get left behind
