This is a lovely route with a few inclines , but don't worry they are not too hard and we can always get off and push We go down Keldspring Lane to Yapham Mill past the cricket club and on to Feoffee Lane. We then head out towards Stamford Bridge turning right to Full Sutton. We then cross the A166 and on to Skirpenbeck and Bugthorpe. In Bugthorpe we turn left then right past the primary school. At the next junction we take a left along this very rural road and head on towards Scrayingham and then to Buttercrambe Bridge. We head over the river and on towards Stamford Bridge up to The Derwent Cafe. After a welcome refreshment stop we head back over to Barmby Moor via Fangfoss 'old station and back down Feoffee Lane.
