This is a 10 mile loop from Ballinger heading up to King's Ash via The Lee. We'll cycle down Chartridge Lane which hopefully won't be busy at that time before returning to Ballinger via Pednor & Herbert's Hole. This is Chilterns so there will be a hill or two but nothing that we can't all conquer together.

We will do a 10 mile ride around the quiet country lanes. This ride is aimed at ladies who are new to Breeze or who have not cycled for a while. Places are very limited so please only book if you are definitely able to come along. We will go at a relaxed pace and no-one will get left behind. Come and join us if you'd like to get back into cycling or have been experiencing the joys of cycling during lockdown. Due to Covid 19 guidance we will cycle in single file and maintain appropriate social distancing and we will have extra safety precautions in place; I will contact you about these before the ride so please make sure that your contact details when you registered with Breeze are correct. Please make sure you have included a contact number on you Let's RIde profile. Please take a minute to look at British Cycling’s guidance regarding cycling and COVID-19: https://www.britishcycling.org.uk/about/article/20200512-about-bc-news-British-Cycling-Updated-Coronavirus-Guidance-0.

We will be cycling along fairly quiet country lanes. This is Chilterns so there will be a hill of two but nothing that we can't all conquer together.

Remember that you must wear a cycling helmet. Please bring two spare inner tubes, a bike pump, a drink of water and card/money for our stop (please note: many places take card payment only), Please have a good check over your bikes to make sure they are road worthy. British Cycling have put together a handy video for checking your bike before a ride - How to check your bike - British Cycling's M Check https://www.youtube.com/watch?reload=9&v=JwSi-AGwm5g&safe=true Route rating

We especially welcome newbies!
