We will be having another ride around this 10 mile loop from Ballinger heading up to King's Ash via The Lee. We'll cycle down Chartridge Lane which hopefully won't be busy at that time before returning to Ballinger via Pednor & Herbert's Hole. This is Chilterns so there will be a hill or two but nothing that we can't all conquer together. We will always wait at the top of the hill and if you need to get off and push on the bigger hills that's fine too!

This ride is aimed at ladies who are new to Breeze or who have not cycled for a while. Places are very limited so please only book if you are definitely able to come along. We will go at a relaxed pace and no-one will get left behind. Come and join us if you'd like to get back into cycling or have been experiencing the joys of cycling during lockdown.

Due to Covid 19 guidance we will cycle in single file and maintain appropriate social distancing and we will have extra safety precautions in place; I will contact you about these before the ride so please make sure that your contact details when you registered with Breeze are correct. Please make sure you have included a contact number on you Let's RIde profile and take a minute to look at British Cycling’s guidance regarding cycling and COVID-19. Thank you.

Easygoing 10 mile loop from Ballinger along fairly quiet country lanes.

We will be cycling on mainly country lanes. Sometimes the surface might be a bit rough and there will be gravel and potholes to avoid. Suitable for all types of bike.

There won't be a cafe stop on this route I'm afraid.

Remember that you must wear a cycling helmet. Please bring two spare inner tubes tyre levers if you have them a bike pump and a drink of water. Lights are a good idea and a waterproof just in case. We will still ride if it is raining unless it is not safe to do so. Please have a good check over your bikes to make sure they are road worthy. British Cycling have put together a handy video for checking your bike before a ride - How to check your bike - British Cycling's M Check https://www.youtube.com/watch?reload=9&v=JwSi-AGwm5g&safe=true Route rating

We especially welcome newbies!
