Starting from outside Amersham Station, we will make our way along quiet country roads to Kings Langley where we will stop for coffee and cake at the lovely Fred & Ginger's cafe. We will cycle through some pretty Chiltern villages in Buckinghamshire and into Hertfordshire.
We will be cycling at approximately 10-12mph.

There are a few hills on this ride but we never leave anyone behind and will go at the pace of the slowest.

Places are very limited so please only book if you are definitely able to come along. We will go at a relaxed pace and no-one will get left behind. Come and join us and get back into cycling!

Due to Covid 19 guidance we will cycle in single file and maintain appropriate social distancing and we will have extra safety precautions in place; I will contact you about these before the ride so please make sure that your contact details when you registered with Breeze are correct.

Please take a minute to look at British Cycling’s guidance regarding cycling and COVID-19:
https://www.britishcycling.org.uk/about/article/20200512-about-bc-news-British-Cycling-Updated-Coronavirus-Guidance-0.

If you want to read what Public Health England say about COVID-19, please see below:

I expect participants to take responsibility for ensuring they are well and not coming on the ride if they display signs of COVID-19. British Cycling are keen for group cycling to continue in the most socially distanced way possible. You can wear a mask if you feel it is appropriate. Ultimately, only you can decide if you feel safe from the risks of COVID-19 to ride at this time.

I would prefer it if you would wear a cycling helmet. Please bring two spare inner tubes, a bike pump, a drink of water and card/money for our stop (please note: many places take card payment only), hand sanitiser and a face covering

Please have a good check over your bikes to make sure they are road worthy. British Cycling have put together a handy video for checking your bike before a ride - How to check your bike - British Cycling's M Check
