Starting from Amersham, we will make our way around the Pednor Loop and cycle through a number of pretty Chiltern Villages - Chartridge, South Heath and Hyde Heath. If we pass a suitable pub on our way, and the group wants to stop, we will call in for a drink.
Due to Covid 19 guidance we will cycle in single file and maintain appropriate social distancing and we will have extra safety precautions in place; I will contact you about these before the ride so please make sure that your contact details when you registered with Breeze are correct.
Please take a minute to look at British Cycling’s guidance regarding cycling and COVID-19:

If you want to read what Public Health England say about COVID-19, please see below:
https://www.gov.uk/government/collections/coronavirus-covid-19-list-of-guidance#guidance-for-the-publicI expect participants to take responsibility for ensuring they are well and not coming on the ride if they display signs of COVID-19. British Cycling are keen for group cycling to continue in the most socially distanced way possible. You can wear a mask if you feel it is appropriate. Ultimately, only you can decide if you feel safe from the risks of COVID-19 to ride at this time.
Remember that you must wear a cycling helmet. Please bring two spare inner tubes, a bike pump, bike lights, a padlock, a drink of water and card/money for our stop (please note: many places take card payment only), wipes and hand sanitizer.
Please have a good check over your bikes to make sure they are road worthy. Check your brakes are working well, your gears are smooth and your tyres are in good condition and pumped up. British Cycling have put together a handy video for checking your bike before a ride so please do this BEFORE you leave home- How to check your bike - British Cycling's M Check
