A mixture ride. Canal path, through Pennington Flash, cycle path and just 1 road to our destination.

Mainly traffic free, canal path, cycle path and quiet roads gets us there.

We will be stopping at Applewood Farm for drinks and snacks.

Helmets are advised and a spare inner tube is handy. Dress appropriately for the weather and bring some money for refreshments.
