Starting at Blackmuir Wood we will head through the wood to Jamestown where we join the road to take us back into Strathpeffer, taking a left up (a hill, sorry) to Loch Kinellan. We will go round the loch and back down the way we came and across the road to go back into Blackmuir Woods. Option to make the route a little longer and go round a loop to the maze.
A mix of wood, off-road track and a wee tiny bit of road that takes us over to Loch Kinellan and back.
A lot of this route is almost traffic free, a little bit of road and so,e woodland and loch side tracks.
Helmets are advisable. Jacket, snack, water and any bike repair kit that you would normally ride with, e.g. pump, spare inner tube, tyre levers.
