Leaving Watford heading for the Meriden estate then on to School Lane heading towards bricket Wood then through chiswell Green Park which has now been resurfaced and his road bike friendly onto route 61 turning off off as the watercress beds been a long day short track friendly for all bike types into the verulam Park then leaving the park heading towards potters crouch then on into Bridget's wood and then back down School Lane into Watford
