Leaving Watford heading towards the Meriden then on to School Lane into Bricket Wood then heading on to st. Albans verulam Park stopping for refreshments before heading back to Watford passing through Plaistows airfield been on to Chiswell Green then back into British wood down School Lane then turning off then passing the building research centre in Garston then along the cycle lane alongside the North orbital Road inter Garston then back to Watford there will be 650 feet of climbing not too difficult
