Starting from glenway just off the Hempstead Road buy the grove golf course heading through the golf course on to Chandler's Cross Belsize Flaunden Lee hill common then heading onto chipperfield for refreshments at Blackwell's then heading back passing through Grove Mill Lane to The finish there will be 950 feet of climbing
