Adventures in Ovington

We will be heading out of the park, following the cycle route to Easton via Winnall. We will stop and admire the beautiful views at Avington, before pedalling onwards to Ovington. We cross the river Itchen, and make our way to Abbotstone, with quick stops at points of interest on the way. We return from Itchen Abbas for a coffee stop in Winchester at the end.
This is Winchester so there are hills. We are not in a race and will cycle them at a comfortable pace, stopping at the top for a breather. We cycle together as a group using using the quieter county lanes where possible.

Please make sure you have
A roadworthy bike and helmet
Inner tube, tyre levers and pump in case of puncture (we can help if you don’t know how to fix it yourself)
Water
Money/payment card for coffee stop
A bike lock
