A track back in time

Starting at red rock car park we will take in the wonderful red rock to adlington railway line a beautiful and tranquil route before we pick up,the canel towpath through to Botany Bay from here we will ride part of the Chorley loop into Astley Hall and Cafe Ambio

A lovely route from Standish to Chorley taking in some wonderful scenery and a small section of the Chorley loop

We will be riding a mixture of surfaces as we will be off road , due to part of the section being blocked by construction works we will have a very small section of road and don’t let this put you off !

We will be riding along to Astley hall and a wonderful cafe , cafe Ambio We will need to abide by the rules of the venue and food and drink will be takeaway only

We advise all participants to Wear a helmet and due to current Covid 19 guidance please bring along Hand sanitizer Gloves Mask Spare inner tube or puncture repair kit - we have been advised that we are unable to help out with a puncture but we can guide you through what you need to do and it’s always an accomplishment to repair your puncture ( we leave no one behind ) If the weather is changeable please bring along a wet weather jacket.
