Route passes anti-clockwise through Whalley, Wiswell, Barrow, Worston, Downham, Chatburn, Grindleton, West Bradford, Waddington, Bashall Town, Longridge (OK so this is a town), Ribchester, Brockhall Village then back to Billington.

Total distance is a modest 35 miles
An undulating route with a great descent into Ribchester

Quiet roads and recognised cycle routes

Lunch stop at the Little Town Dairy, near Longridge.

Helmets are always advisable but not compulsory. Emergency or daytime lights always a good idea. Cash/Card for lunch and usual emergency tools and puncture repair equipment.
