Starting from the gandy courts car park of Raphael drive Watford heading towards the Meriden then heading on to abbots Langley bedmond then on to potters crouch then passing through the Gorhambury estate then into the verulam park for refreshments then heading back through potters crouch then passing through British wood along School Lane then heading for the finish
