*THIS IS A GUIDED RIDE, OPEN TO ALL MEN AND WOMEN*
A loop of Tregaron - Llanfair Clydogau - Cellan - Lampeter, returning by taking Llanfair Road, then a detour up to Stag's Head, then back to Tregaron.
Nice and flat, a couple of hills though nothing steep.
We will stop for coffee somewhere in Tregaron (we'll decide on the day). If you'd like to join us, do bring some money.
Nice relaxed pace, no more than 11mph average speed, no one ever gets left behind, I stay at the back and make sure everyone is OK.
Helmets Essential and I always advise bright clothing and a front and rear light when cycling on the road
