Rockets Women's Sunday Ride. (Average speed 12mph)

This month I thought that we could venture into Cornwall over the bridge, and off into the back lanes. We will eventually come out in St Germans and then onto Polbathic down the "Torpoint Twisties" and back on the Torpoint ferry back to Rockets & Rascals.
As usual we will be aiming for an average speed of 12mph.
No scheduled cafe stop on this route, so make sure you have drinks and snacks to keep you going.
Bike in good working order, with spare inner tube and pump in your tail pack or back pocket.
Dress for the weather (Warm or cool) and don't forget your helmet.
