About the group
Hi All - for all ride details please request information by sending email to: [email protected] Rides are EVERY Sunday morning (2018). Average overall speeds of 15 - 16.5 MPH are anticipated ( average speed over the whole course) over 45 - 50 miles. Also, we are now running Wednesday evening runs (speeds being around 14-15mph) over 20 miles. If you're interested in joining the group please ensure you're comfortable with the above speeds, and have a well-maintained road bike ( i.e. 'racers' - with dropped handle bars). Please note no riders are left behind on a ride. Also, please note the following: Each rider participating in a group ride does so at their own risk and is responsible for ensuring their own safety.
