About the group
Watford based cycling group aiming to post a challenging faster ride the first, third and fourth Sunday of the month meeting at 10:30am. Usually our start point will be the Essex Arms in Cassiobury, Watford, WD17 3EG. The aim of our rides over the year are to maintain and increase pace from an average of 14mph and beyond and include at least 2 decent climbs within the ride over a 30-40 mile distance.
