This is an Easy Going Ride aimed at people who are nervous about cycling on the roads or are returning to cycling and want to build up their mileage.
Starting from Cantley Park (Twyford Road end), we'll take cycle paths and quiet roads to the café at Dinton Pastures Country park for coffee before returning to our start point. There is an option of a loop (2 miles) around Dinton Pastures or you could just enjoy the café stop.
Free parking is available.
Please ensure your bike is in good working order, with tyres pumped and brakes & gears working.
Please ware a cycling helmet.
This is a no drop ride and we will ride at the pace of the slowest rider.
Wear suitable clothing for the weather conditions - check before leaving.
Bring money for the café stop, water, a bike lock, spare inner tube and bike pump.
